Our interest in all property-related matters ensures we provide a detailed, informed and ongoing service; our years of experience in property search and in assisting relocation to London mean that between us we’ve conducted dozens of successful home searches across London; and the small size of our company means we can be flexible and responsive in providing you with the support you need as you purchase a property.
Nicholas Ayre was bitten by the property bug soon after he arrived in London from New Zealand in 1994. In 2003, having already conducted several property searches for friends during his spare time, he quit his career in media and technology to set up Home Fusion. He has subsequently managed dozens of searches across the capital, with a focus on the West End, the City, Fitzrovia, Primrose Hill, Islington and Hampstead. Having completely renovated several flats himself, Nicholas is particularly familiar with all manner of practical issues related to property refurbishment.
US national Tierney Stone spent 12 years in investment banking servicing blue chip clients but, like Nicholas, spent so much of her non-work time involved in property that she decided to focus on it full-time, and joined Home Fusion in 2006. She searches for properties across West and South West London, from Hammersmith, Chiswick and Kew, to Wandsworth and Wimbledon. A French speaker and mother of two, Tierney is Home Fusion's expert on London schools and waiting lists, with first hand understanding of their importance in a family home move.
David Watson spent the first 20 years of his career as a project manager in the City; like the others on the team, he found himself spending large amounts of his spare time finding properties for friends, so he joined Home Fusion in 2005. A fluent German speaker with German property search experience, David now specialises in West and North West London, including Paddington, Maida Vale,West Hampstead and St John's Wood; he also covers Canary Wharf and as far East as Stratford.
