Our Fees

We are property search agents in London covering: Central London W1, West End WC1, Mayfair W1, West London, Chiswick W4, Maida Vale W9, Notting Hill W11, Kensington W8, East London, Shoreditch E2, Clerkenwell EC1, North London, Hampstead NW3, Islington N1, Regents Park NW1, St John’s Wood NW8, South West London, Chelsea SW3, Fulham SW6, Belgravia SW1, Wimbledon SW19, Clapham SW4, South East London, Waterloo SE1, London, UK.

On a purchase, our fees are paid in two stages. When you retain us, you pay a non-refundable registration fee of £795 + VAT, which covers either the initial three month engagement period, or until a suitable property is found, whichever is sooner. Next, on exchange of contracts, you pay a success fee; this is calculated as the greater of 1.5% of the purchase price or 15% of the saving we negotiate between the documented asking price and the final purchase price. Your registration fee is deducted from the success fee.


For rentals, you also pay a non-refundable registration fee of £595 + VAT, which is valid for a month of search, or until a suitable property is found, whichever is sooner. The success fee, due upon signature of the rental agreement, is one month's rent. Again, the registration fee is deducted from the success fee.

Fees can be paid by bank transfer or cheque.
